We are a small church set in glorious countryside between the villages of Bradley Green and Stock Green in Worcestershire. We attract people of all ages and outlooks to services that range from the contemporary to the traditional, from the informal to the formal and we would love to meet you.
The Parish of Stock and Bradley is comprised of the majority of the properties in the villages of Stock Green and Bradley Green. It is a small rural settlement spreading out along the roads serving the two villages, covering an area of approximately 1140 acres. In the 1861 census the population numbered 310 and were largely employed in agriculture and glove making. By the 1950’s the population had declined to 200 but has been rising slowly to today’s figure of approximately 300
The shop opened in 2009, some 20 years after the closure of the previous village store. It is the first such community enterprise in Worcestershire. Designed to be a convenient meeting place and focal point for the local community, it is run by an enthusiastic and committed group of volunteers who provide a warm welcome and a friendly, personal service.
